I'm a mentor, teacher, spiritual channel, and author dedicated to guiding people on their healing and awakening journey. Named after the mystic companion of Rumi, I carry the same spirit of illumination and friendship, offering wisdom that heals, strengthens, and empowers.
I am honoured to be able to share my wisdom and practical guidance on how you too can open yourself to be a pure, clear, crystalline channel. I was not born with this gift of channeling, rather it took me a decade of healing and honing my vessel to first open my channel and another two decades to channel as I do now.
It is the highest honour to channel wisdom from divine consciousness and I invite you to join me in this most sacred of undertakings, so that you may be yet another anchor of divine light on this earthly plane.

I’m a healer and a guide to help you heal and connect to the light that resides within you.
I channel the highest of frequencies from source that have the power to transmute darkness and turn it back into light. During my sessions I bring high vibrational frequencies through your body to unlock, shift and transmute the denser energies that hold patterns, beliefs and physical toxins in your body.
When we gather together with the intention to channel the highest of vibrations, the guides bring each participant what they require in order to cleanse and clear your internal pathways. So that the wisdom, the energies and the love of source can flow unhindered through you. I'm super excited to assist more humble, heart-centred and aligned channels come into their gifts.

how i opened to channel
Before I met Shams I undertook practices and activations with the intention of opening myself to the divine realms. But without a foundation of healing or knowing what was really occurring I felt like a fuse had blown in my system.
I was unaware of the depth of trauma I was carrying and these activations caused me to feel as if I was having a breakdown. My senses exploded, and so did my nervous system. I started to get terrible debilitating headaches and I felt overwhelmed by how much I was sensing all around me. My nerves were frazzled and leaving the house become a sensory overload that was too much for me.
Luckily I was able to receive guidance from Shams-Tabriz and in time I healed my deepest wounds and began to feel safe and grounded. With this devotion to myself and my healing, my channel opened naturally and my gifts began to flourish so beautifully and enjoyably.
I cannot emphasize enough the importance of finding the right teacher for these things, it really does make a life-changing difference! I am forever grateful for the wisdom, patience and pure divine connection of Shams-Tabriz.
