Who we are
This site is run by Shams-Tabriz, together with Joanna Tamsin Tabriz. We decide how your information is used. Write to us at [email protected].
What we collect, and why
- Your name and email, when you join the Evolution waitlist, take the free reading quiz, or send a contact or application form. We use these to reply to you and deliver what you asked for.
- Your birth date, time and place, when you order or use a personalized reading or the member app. We use them only to prepare your reading. We treat them as personal and sensitive, and we do not sell or share them for advertising.
- Payment details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Your email address, when you sign in to the member app by emailed link.
We rely on your agreement, on our need to deliver what you ordered, or on our legitimate interest in running the business safely.
Newsletter and the Evolution waitlist
When you join the Evolution waitlist, or give us your name and email through a form on this site, we may add you to our newsletter. We use your name and email to send you news, teachings and information about our programs, including Evolution. Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to us at any time. We stop promptly, and we keep a record of the unsubscribe so we do not email you again.
Who helps us
We use trusted services to run things: WordPress hosting, Cloudflare, Tally (forms), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Kit (one email list), and the systems behind the member app. They handle your information only to serve us. Some are based in the United States, so your information may be processed there. Where the law requires it, we rely on approved safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. Then we delete it or de-identify it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Email [email protected]. We will respond within the time your local law requires. If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies
This site uses standard cookies needed to work and to understand visits. You can block them in your browser.
Children
Our services are not for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
