- Name the Pattern: Label it: “Ah, this is the not‑enough script.” Naming separates you from the thought.
- Question Its Validity:
- Is this absolutely true?
- What evidence contradicts it?
- What would I believe if I weren’t afraid?
- Install a New Truth: Create a belief that feels believable. Write it, say it, embody it. Examples:
- “I’m learning to trust myself.”
- “I am lovable by my essence.”
- Release the Emotion: Unfelt emotions are the glue that bind limiting beliefs in place. In order to truly shift as a full embodied experience you need to release the old grief, loss, anger, sadness etc that are attached to the belief. This is in itself a process that this simple list cannot truly encompass. But if you truly desire to change then you will devote yourself to paying attention to your limiting beliefs and becoming more comfortable to freeing the old emotions.
